Water Supply
The E.E PHD ,Rourkela under Urban PH department is the executing agency for PH water supply to Rourkela urban area. A joint MoU has been signed between Rourkela Municipal Corporation and PHD ,Rourkela as per prescribed Service Level Bench mark fixed by State Govt. on the line of National standard.

The enhanced water supply to Rourkela Urban area under UIDSSMT scheme ,through Govt. of Odisha Housing &Urban Development Department is under progress and implemented through PHD department, Rourkela .Govt. grant fund of Rs. 38.14 crores received by Rourkela Municipal Corporation in the 1st phase has been transferred to E.E.PHD,Rourkela.
